Return and Refund Policy

Should any of our products reach you damaged or they are not as you expected, we do operate a no quibble refund policy. This also includes non delivery due to the Royal Mail service. We can refund you or send another item.


  • Terms of return: If you wish to return an item, please inform us and return within 14 days.
  • State of return: must be unused
  • Reason for return: Damaged or ordered wrong item.
  • Process for return: Contact us by email stating the problem and we will give you instructions for return.
  • Process of refund: Reasons for a refund include non delivery or damage. Refunds are normally done by PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Contact details: Always give contact details in any correspondence.
